I am  prior military, and having purchased our family's first home with a VA mortgage, I know how important this program is to YOU!  At this time a VA loan is truly the only 100% purchase option out there.  Moving to Utah in 1982 gives me the unique ability to relate to those  moving to an unfamiliar  territory and culture.
